Our client, property developer and interior designer in one person turned to us after working with us on past projects to re-develop this house in the most effective way possible.

Intention was to modernise and develop this dated and run down property and then give it to our client back so they can sell it on. Our client has amazing eye and vision and could see the end result before we even laid the first brick or got a planning permission to start the works.
Scope of works involved converting existing roof into new loft space, extend the rear of the house to create more space on ground floor, convert the existing garage and then re-develop the rest of the property and bring it to 20th century. Not forgetting updating the front entrance yard and fully re-design the garden and patio space.

Finishing on time while offering high end quality finish was key for our client and we did just that.

Looking back on this project we really enjoyed working for our client who had delivered all interior finishing on time so works were just flowing from start to finish line.
