Refurbishment – some clients approach us with already full set of plans, engineering plans and calculations and schedule of works. After a brief with client and their architect or interior designers we produce all inclusive estimate as per requirements by their design team. Once our proposal has been agreed including how long the project will go for we can both sign contracts and get works underway.
The other type of clients are the ones who seek “turn key” projects which give our clients one point of contact for the whole project. This effectively reduces the time and stress our client has to spend on engaging different professionals in order to get their home fully refurbished while having the piece of mind that all works are being looked after by our expert team at Absolute Building Ltd. This process start by series of initial meetings with our clients to fully understand their requirements in terms of design, lifestyle, family requirements, budgets and quality requirements. Ones we have a full understanding into our client brief we can propose design and build price for the entire project which would include drawing up plans, engineering calculations, planning works with council, cost of full construction works including of required of clients finishes such as supply and installation of kitchen, laundry room, bathroom suites and tiles, carpets, joinery, and so much more.

New Builds – we are very proud of our achievements that we have carried out many new build luxury projects in North London. Same as with refurbishment projects we can carry out new build projects either with clients own plans and architects, interior designer and structural engineer team.
Or we can carry out design and build new build project for our client.
Design and Build option is more desirable for clients on new build project mainly because it reduces the risks for client especially in additional costs.
Sometimes we work on 2 to 3x new build project in the same year and sometimes we wait couple to three years before starting on one. New Build projects arent that common in London but with Absolute Building Ltd you can be assured that we have the experience and expertise to get you your dream home.
Re-constructions – Some might call it a new build projects and some might call it hybrid new build projects.
With both options still available for clients by either bringing their own design team and then engage us in the building part of the process or asking for design and build package we are more then capable delivering reconstruction projects on time and on budget while maintaining the high standards which we are known for.
We carry out 2 to 3x of reconstruction projects every year for our clients for the last 15x years.
Why not new build you may ask? Well, sometimes it is due to budgets, sometimes due to council planning policies and sometime due to other site conditions which would not then achieve our clients brief.
These heavy projects involve a lot of hands on experience and expertise and we can offer just that to all of our clients.
