We received a phone call from our client about working with them on their new family home which they wanted to modernise.

The brief was simple, we require high quality contractor and we know Absolute Building Ltd can deliver that for us.

Our client had amazing approach to this and said they weren’t interested in going out to tenders as they knew we could deliver the quality project they want and didn’t want to be swayed by cheap tenders from other contractors. They already had experience and knew the extra costs would then be coming in and cheap initial tender would turn the most expensive while quality not matching the price tag. Our client said, I simply want to pay the correct price, not cheap or expensive but correct price. What did they do?

They hired a quantity surveyor to go over our proposal and if we could agree on figures with them then happy days our client said…..and guess what? Our proposal was positively met almost at 100% with clients quantity surveyor so we could start straightaway.

In short, very heavy reconstruction of all floors, digging up old ground floor concrete slabs, creating a new staircase, rear and side double extension with new 2nd floor loft extension. Re-pointing to front façade. Landscaping to front driveway and rear patio space including garden. Underfloor heating through out, completely new plumbing and electrics. New joinery through out.

We delivered this project on time and our clients happily enjoy their new family home.
