After discussing your project with you (client) we can then suggest this service. It is easy to understand and it is proving to be very popular.
We have build our company infrastructure to be able to offer you this service. We have records on our computers of our employees and subcontractors. We then build a timetable (scheme) for our customer. This timetable (scheme) tells you when someone works on your job and when and how much time is spent there. Figures and data on this list gets sent to Home Office. On this list you can find how much who earns etc. This can guarantee our client peace of mind as they can see what they pay for.
How do we make money? We charge 22% on top of every trade managed by us( carpenter, plumbers, etc). And we charge 20% on top of material supply. Client is also charged administration fees.
