We received enquiry from our clients who got recommended to us by their friends. Our clients had already architectural and engineer plans ready including schedule of works. After submitting our estimate we were successful and signed contracts to start the project.

Clients also hired interior designer who helped to design the interior space and choosing the right finishes for this lovely building project in North London.

The project involved removing around 70% of exterior walls and all interior walls. Completely rebuilding all interior walls and creation of lovely designed staircase.

Building rear, side and front double extension. Strip down roof completely and build a new 2nd floor loft extension.

We certainly had fun working on this project and met with new professionals who we didn’t have chance to work with before.

Very high end project with underfloor heating to floors, concealed air-conditioning to principal rooms and 2nd floor. Using high end marble tiles in bathrooms and main house floor. Creating large open spaces while using clever dividing glass partition walls which could slide and disappear in matter of seconds.

Completely new plumbing and electrics.

We really enjoyed seeing our clients moving in and their kids exploring their new bedrooms and lovely garden and patio space.
