About our company:

We, Brett Maclean and Jaroslav Kudlata, are two experienced self employed builders who founded Absolute Building Limited in 2006 after working closely together for other large building companies for over 5 years prior to that. We realised that we could manage more jobs as a team, if we pooled our resources, and that we shared the same high standards and principles. Our values are reliability, quality and delivery of what we promise. Our motto is work fast, efficiently but to the best quality of service.

Our Company Credentials (past and ongoing):

We fulfil work under contract with companies like First Call (50% owned by Jarvis), 800 Group and B.M.S.Ltd and with councils and housing associations, such as Brent Council, Hadley Wood Association, Radlett Assosiation and Albany Wells. We have also worked with estate agencies and property developers and have refitted restaurants, offices and carried out maintenance for shops, restaurants, and other commercial properties.

We also have done projects at the very top end market with top finishes. These projects we design and build.

Our own and our team’s experience:

We individually have over 27 years experience in the building industry as a carpenter, site manager, self employed builder and sub contractor for companies like Haymills and B.M.S Ltd.

We can field several teams at once, drawn from our workforce of experienced and qualified builders, plumbers, electricians, etc. All members of our workforce are fully trained and meet the latest industry standards and requirements. They are responsible and caring and used to working under our supervision to our standards.

Our ability to field and supervise several teams is the basis of our flexibility in covering several projects at once and our personal attention is our guarantee to our customers for the finished quality of our work.

What we can handle and where we work:

So far we have undertaken projects above £100K around greater London and smaller projects around North London and outside London – up to Luton. We have the capacity to run projects of up to £1.5m anywhere in the UK and are covered by public liability insurance etc.

We also do smaller jobs ie decorating, repairs etc. For these small jobs we have our own professional teams. Like this we can manage to run small jobs which are very important for our customers.
